Title: Evaluating User Experience & Navigation Challenges on Jellycat.com
Role: Usability Researcher (Team of 4)
Conducted in: HFS 635 Human Computer Interaction

I contributed to a mixed-methods evaluation of Jellycat.com, a popular plush toy e-commerce site. We conducted both moderated and unmoderated usability testing across desktop and mobile platforms to identify pain points in the shopping experience.

Through task-based evaluations and think-aloud protocols, we uncovered key issues such as unclear product personalization features, frustrating stock visibility, and ambiguous interface elements. I contributed to test design, participant analysis, and translating findings into actionable design recommendations.

A slide titled 'Constraints & Limitations' with three points: 1. Issues with Jellycat mobile site crashes causing task delays. 2. Three unmoderated mobile tests were unusable, needing user group adjustments. 3. Difficulty accessing Task 3 invite image on UserTesting.com. Includes images of plush toys: a gray object and a turtle.
